Oasi Zegna’s environmental upgrading project nominated for the Italian selection of the Council of Europe’s “2010 – 2011 Landscape Award” “for long-sighted investment in the maintenance and transformation of a landscape to make it accessible to citizens”.

The University of Padova Historical Garden Group award Oasi Zegna their 2010 Galileo Medal in recognition of an “environmental upgrading project launched in 1938 by Ermenegildo Zegna, who cared not only about his wool industry but also about his employees’ wellbeing”.

2007 Mediterranean Landscape Prize awarded to “Oasi Zegna – study, protection, valorisation, development and promotion of the mountain area of Biella” as the best public awareness raising initiative regarding the landscape”.
